Terminal_ID not in config File??

I´m pretty new i Infoconnect and have client with this problem.
When starting the printer session in Infoconnect an error screen appears with this text:

Terminal_ID not in Config File

Application window: Unknown
PathID: Printer
ICS Component: PEPGate Interface
Error number: PEPG32-S-9000

NT4 with SP6a
