Hi all

I am running 2 Windows 2003 servers set-up to provide access to Office/email and JD Edwards respectively.
Our users are using WYSE dumb terminals to connect to the servers. The problem is that the cut & paste functionality drops out intermittently and the only way to get this function back is to get the user to disconnect from their session and re-connect up. Lucky enough, they dont lose any work but it gets rather tedious and would rather implement a fix than let the users work this way.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

What model WYSE thin clients are you using? Are you using the most recent firmware in the client?

terminals are WYSE 1125 SE and yes, this has been tried with all versions of firmware send to me via the vendor.
Still no luck
