Terminal Services

When I open Services and 2/click on terminal services, the first time it gives me the chance to change it to run automatically and click "start". From then on it is "starting" and won't let me stop it as all the buttons are grayed. The only way I can get the buttons live again is to reboot. Then am back to square one. If I choose "manual" it does the same thing, starts loading the service but fails and is left again to "starting" but never works.

Have you added Terminal Services (Click Start Menu, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components) in Remote Admin or Application mode? .
