We have SBS box with 2 x MS 2003 Server standalone servers used for remote desktop purposes. The reason we are connecting to Win 2003 server is we need multiple remote desktop connections. XP allows only one and 2003 server 2 by default if i'm correct?
No licenses were purchased as we only need 2 connections, but i'm getting terminal services message that my terminal services will stop working in 111 days if i dont add a terminal server.

Every Windows 2003 Server supports two administrator connections to it by default. Once you formally install Terminal Services and turn Application mode on, you have changed the rules, and non-Admin users can connect to it. But now you have to install Terminal Services Client Access Licenses for users to be able to connect. There is an initial grace period during which users can connect without licenses, and that's what you are seeing. If you want to continue using it for non-Domain Admin users, you'll need to buy licenses. If memory serves, they run from between $70 to $110 each, depending on where you buy them, and in what quantity.
