Hi there,

i have windows 2003 server, when the users log on using terminal services i get RDP TIMEOUT errors this is whilst installing the rdp active x webcomponent any ideas. Also is there a way in terminal services to stop users from downloading documents to their local machine? ANY help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I am not sure the first issue.For the download, you may setup group policy. This search result may help,
