Terminal services via SSL

Is it possible to configure ISA server so that I can use terminal services through a ssl vpn much like checkpoint ssl extender works?

My trouble is I support many clients remotley and there are times when access to the internet is via another client site which limits my ability to use the usual vpn login due to firewall restrictions.

Any ideas?
