Apologies if this has asked before but as you all know I cannot search right now....
After installing certain updates security roll-ups/hot-fixes/patches on my terminal server, all of my users keep losing all of their personal settings. When they go into any office app the first time after upgrade, they have to do the whole enter name and initials thing that it always does on the first run.
Yesterday I also had to reset a couple of accounts to look for our exchange server. Should I expect to have to go through this everytime I patch/hotfix etc??? Or shouldnt it even be happening in the first place?? Any ideas??
