I have a remote user who is unable to access the internet within a terminal services session logged in via RDP. Everything worked fine on Friday.

We have 5 TS servers Server 2008 r2, all running on VMware
The user logs into network via firewall client, no issue
User then logs in via RDP, no issues.
Can send and receive emails within the session, no issue,
On the internet connection icon bottom right it says no internet access

I can launch apps no problem, I do not see the network printers, I can access network drives.

no internet access via internet explorer.

I have tried user credentials on my laptop get same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
