Terminal Services Shared Printers

We have six offices.... two of which are a considerable distance from each other. employee A at Branch A fills out a form at her office and her client is coming into see employee B at Branch B...So I shared employee B printer....A sends print job to B all is well .... for about two days....sharing disappeared...hm, wierd....put it back again...all is well.... 3 or 4 days sharing is gone again...Do you by any chance know if this is some kind of bug in TS or W2K or Printers or ??? They use HP 1100's using HP III drivers....
