We have 3 terminal servers that doesn't delete user profiles in "c:\document and settings" when users log out. What should I do to make sure the user profiles are deleted when users log off? (other having to manually remove them)

Thanks for the input. Roaming profiles seem to be conflicting with local profiles. That is why I may have to delete the local ones.

To delete cached profiles at logoff, go to the:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \Microsoft \Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon subkey and set the DeleteRoamingCache value to 1.

I check the registry on the terminal server and domain controller...no such key exists. Should I add it in?

Yes, if the value doesn not exist, add it as a type REG_DWORD, and set it to 1
