I have a Terminal Server set up which I am having some printing issues. I have a HP Laserjet 1320 hooked up to my PC with a USB cable and it is using port DOT4_001. When I log into the TS, it will not map the printer. I have even installed the drivers on the TS, but it still doesn't work. However, on another computer next to me, I have a HP Laserjet 1160 which is using the same port and it works fine. If I hook up a parallel cable to my machine it works fine.
The problem I have is that I have a remote office with about 15 users which have all the printers hooked up with USB cables and I need to get it to work. On some of their machines, it does map the printer, but when I try to print, the print job gets stuck in their local print queue and doesn't print.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott
