Is there away of stopping the process of iexporer from taking cpu time

when a terminal service client opens a web page that contains flash the iexporer jumps to 30%

this is a pain when i have 20 clients using the server it kills the CPU and slows everyone done

can anyone help

PS: some users need to see web page with flash in them

Unfortunately, that is something that happens with Terminal Services. There is really no way around your issue. If you use the TS in this capacity, you'll need to "bite the bullet", as there isn't a fix.
