Terminal services Office2000 Help for all users?

Who has the secret of getting 'help' to work within Office2000? Works fine for the Administrator.....of course.

You should be able to set privileges to the help folder for each user and that should sort it.

Ive found that giving full read/write share on the help folder sorts this out also.

It does work for local users, unfortunately we are stuck with using novell dynamic local user. That user does not gain the ability to use help.

Eventually traced this one to an entry within the NDS for these users. It transpired that a colleague who was working on desktops for users, had chosen to specify all programs that could be run. The answer was to simply add the exe to the list.
