terminal services licensing

When you install terminal services in application mode you have to set up a terminal service licensing server. How do you do this?

Keep in mind that you if you plan on using a 2003 terminal server, you MUST have a 2003 terminal server licensing server.

Also, 2003 TS licensing is completely different than the information in those links about 2000 TS licensing.

When you install TS in apllication mode you have to purchase the TS Licensing from Microsoft directly.
