Terminal Services Licensing Server problems

Hi,

I have 2 x WIN2000 Advanced Servers in a WLBS Cluster (virtual) and 1 of those is the Terminal Services Licencing Server. The other machine cannot see the Licensing Server (NT4 Domain) so i have manually added the Default License Server in the registry to no avail.

As i cannot ping the dedicated IP Address's from each machine to the other (only ping cluster IP) can anyone advise how to fix?
