Terminal Services Error - Help!

I am allowing a user to access a server via terminal services to do some work, I need to set them up so they can't harm much but I am having problems even letting them log in. Now that I have enabled their account for logging into the server locally, I get the error "You do not have access to log into this session" Whats up, where did I go wrong?
