Terminal Services | Delayed Response Scrolling PDFs and IE Webpages

Hi all,

I'm after some help with a Windows 2008 Server running Terminal Services for 5 users.

The problem is when they launch Internet Explorer (same happens with Chrome) the images are loaded in 'blocks'.

There is a also a similar problem when scrolling PDF files - it is delayed and can load in 'blocks'.

Clearly some kind of performance issues, but I'm unsure what.
