Terminal Services Client Access License Used 1

Microsoft has a hotfix at

http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q287/6/87.asp

which, if installed prior to installing client access licenses, will allow you to reuse licenses. This is important if you often switch out machines and have a limited number of licenses, they won't get used up.

If you have already installed your client access licenses the hotfix won't work, but you can call MS at 888-571-2048 and they will be able to remove the unused license.

It's amazing how much you learn when all of your laptop/home users suddenly can't connect due to expired temp licenses........
