terminal services, any use for VPN access?

Hi

I need to get some members of staff working from home via VPN. I'm just wondering if its a good idea to use terminal services so that the end-user can simply connect to TS over port 3389.

The tricky bit would be that the end-user would need to run multiple screens. Also is there any way that the TS server could be running multiple XLS sheets that would be visible to specific users?

Do your user use TS now or as you stated use this as a quick fix? If you use TS you will still have to purchase license. If they need access to their pc's at work then look at logmein.com
