Hi Guys
I'm perplexed - I have a small problem with TS for a user.
Setup:
- Windows 2k3 SBS server and terminal server licensing server and activated.
- Windows 2k3 std server and terminal services running
- 6 TS cals installed and available.
- Users setup in Remote Desktop Users in the Computer Manager prog on the TS Server and in the AD login details for each user.
- All in the same domain on the same LAN.
- Both VPN tunnels are up and allow access to the servers
Remoter user1 'Mary' can access the TS server and her desktop through a VPN and RDC prog connection from home and from RDC on her PC at work on the LAN
Mary can also access Administrator through all routes too
Remote user2 'Lisa' can who works from home can also access administrator from her RDC on her home PC, but cant logon to to her own ID like she does on the PC in work on the LAN
Mary can logon to Lisa's account from Mary's home and the office no problem.
Lisa has checked her logon credetials and we have even changed the password to something simple in case, Lisa is an experienced user and logs on every day in the office no problems and collects her mail through Web Outlook Access.
Has anyone any thoughts please, I'm perplexed.
Thanks
Jerry
