Terminal Services and Logon Scripts

I just did a clean install of Windows 2000 Server with Terminal Services in Application mode, and loaded the 2000 SP3. I can not get a logon script to run for any of the users that I create. I have 5 other Terminal Servers with the same exact configuration, but only have SP2 and logon scripts run fine. What Gives? Any assistance anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try to go back to SP2 see what happens.
