Our big boss (position rather than size) has a laptop (Windows XP) which he uses around various parts of the country (UK), and using Terminal Services over the internet he connects to get his emails etc..
This works fine using either his bluetooth phone or landline.
However he travels to Dubai a lot and whilst there can never get Terminal Services to work. He types in the ip address, gets to the front page, but the connect button is always greyed out so he cannot click it.
As it works fine in UK I'm assuming there must be a problem between here and Dubai. Has anyone ideas about middle east isp's or why there may be such a problem.
