I'm having difficulty linking messages into ACT!6 when using Outlook on Terminal Services. The software performs satisfactorily whe used on PC based machines on LAN: However, it "hangs" when trying to attach the message to a Contact.
Have seen indication that TS does not like software where more than one person can access simultaneously; however, there was no indication that this was a surmountable problem. I have a couple of ACT developers trying to get tech support, so far without success.
