Hi!
Not sure if this is the correct forum. Didn't see one for Terminal services.
We have TS2003 with MSN Messenger 6.2 installed. We can all log in & communicate with each other internally, as well as with external Messenger users.
All seems well, as I'm busily working away, I glance down & see that messenger says I'm "away". I have the setting set to set me away after 30 minutes. I move the mouse, but still it says away. I have to manually change it to online. This happens to all other internal users too.
Any ideas? This is the only part of the app that seems to not be playing nicely in this setup. A search of msn messenger help & support.microsoft.com didn't reveal anything that seemed appropriate.
TIA!
Jessica
