is there anyway to connect to my Windows XP Pro by a remote desktop software ?

is there anyway to install a terminal service on my Windows XP Machine ?

Terminal services is built-in to Windows XP so all you have to do is right-click on "My Computer" and go to the Remote tab to set it up. You'll need to allow connections from outside on port 3389 (you may need to create a rule in your router or an exception in the XP Pro firewall).
