Is anyone out there nasty enough with USMT that could tell me how I could move some user profiles from an old w2k3 TS server to a new one? I want to do this over the weekend so the users log on monday without noticing a difference. They are local profiles. Any help would be great.

Don't know if that's the right tool.

I'd be inclined to copy the profiles elsewhere and point the TS Profile path in the user's AD account to that new location.
