Terminal Service Profile Tab in Active Directory missing 2

RSAT Missing Terminal Service Profile Tabs in Active Directory Users and Computers on Vista OS. Any fix from Microsoft?

There is a work around but not supported.

Yes, there is a fix using ADSIedit but I was offering another way around it.
