Hello...
I hope someone can help me with a Terminal Service Printing issue.
I have a Terminal Service is set up for two remote locations. The users are able to log in fine and can create the printers for the session. Both locations are able to print to their own local printers, but every once in a while the print jobs won't print and will actually be sent to other printers that is connected during the session. Or some times it gets printed to a printer that is on the Terminal server itself.
Example:
Location1 print job may end up in Location2 printer or it may end up in the printer that is used on Terminal Server.
It appears that it is out of sync somehow. The user can obviously solved this problem by logging out and logging in again. And they can print again.
Also I notice that the ports that TS sessions creates for printing does not always go away. I can see it when I go into print property and look at the port tab. Can this be a clue to the problem?
Thanks for all your help.
Brian
