Terminal Service Client will not print - HELP!

I can choose my printer from the list of printers available but when I print it gives me the following error "There was an error found when printing the document "Report...." to TSxxx. Thing is when I looked in the print properties of the Win2k server I see several TSxxx ports and all of them are labeled "inactive". They stay "inactive" even when my staff logs in the TS. We can work in TS all day long, just can't print to the local (Lexmark Optra E310)printer.

P.S. I had this problem licked before the guys across town "upgraded" the Win2k Terminal Server.

Did the guys "fix" the TS by applying SP3?

There is an issue with printing under TS with SP3, not sure of the KB number but you should be able to find it.
