Terminal Server (WIN2K) join new 2003 domain

Hello,

I have a dedicated TS running on Windows 2000 Server in Workgroup mode. I will be adding this server to our New WIndows Server 2003 domain. My question am I going to run into licensing issues (or any others for that matter) when I join the TS server to the domain?

Does anyone have any advice for this type of thing?
