I did not see a forum for Terminal Services so this forum is the closest I found. I have a user that does not belong to my organization and needs access to my TS. Do I have to create him on my network (users group)so that I can add him to the Remote Desktop users or can I add him without being part of my network?

Assuming this TS is part of a domain, the simplest way would be to add an account for him.

You could use logon time restriction, and set the account to expire on a certain date if you are concerned about security.

Thanks,
Andrew
