Terminal Server Temporary Licenses

I have started seeing temporary licenses issues with unknown computer names and can not track down where they are coming from. I am running Windows Server 2003 R2. Can anyone give me an idea where to look. I have looked at the security event log around the time they are issued but don't notice anything out of the ordinary.
Is there a way I can track back to see where it is coming from?

We are running a VPN but I don't see any RAS logons.
