We're currently using terminal services for remote office connectivity.
Domain controller - nt4
Terminal Server - Win2000
Remote Workstation - Win2000
The remote workstation has a HP Laserjet 5 connected on lpt1. Recently, when the user logs onto the remote workstation, terminal server has began mapping the printer as a Lexmark Z52. When the user then tries to print, driver installation dialogue pops up on the Terminal Server screen.
If I delete the incorrectly mapped printers on the Server and then cancel all the driver install dialogue, the correct mappings for the HP Laserjet 5 pop up.
Any ideas?
