Terminal Server Root Directory not being created

I have a problem in which the terminal server user's root drive is not being created. In the Rootdrv2.cmd I have set RootDrive=G:
When a user logins the drive isn't set. I looked at but it was of no help.

Any other encounters with this problem. Thanks in advance.
