Terminal Server Remote Control issue

I was wondering if there was any way to stop the users screen from blinking when i remote control their session (just the initial blink that happens). Sometimes we would like to see if a user is doing something wrong and it wont take them long realize whats going on when the screen blinks when we shadow in on their session.

If there is no way to do that, is there any third party software that can work like vnc on terminal server sessions?

From my experiences there isn't a way to prevent the intial blink. If you find something let me know.
