Simple question, but cant find the solution. Trying to change the Default Security Access from Administrator access to user access.
Problem is, someone in our department changed the Terminal Server access from User Access to Administrator Access and now only administrators can log on. I cant change that Default Access. Does anyone know what can be done.(I know on Windows 2000 Server, you can switch between Application mode and administrator mode)

Administrators have access to terminal servers by default. Try adding the global group that contains all of your users (preferably "authenticated users") to the local "remote desktop users" group on the server. Hope that works.
