We are using outlook2002 as one of the published application. We are facing a general problem of profile corruption and getting error on accessing outlook through citrix session. whenever we get error in outlook we delete the terminal server profile and configure the outlook for user again but it results in loss of many other settings pertaining to other applications. is there anyway that by using regedt32 we can just remove the outlook corrupted config and do not delete the entire profile.
right now when we delete the profile and ask user to log in again and open outlook, outlook propts for setup. i just want that to happen without removing profile. i tried a lot but after corruption the options of the outlook greyed out and i do not find anyway to configure it again without deleting temserv profile. any suggestion.

Best way is to use newprof.exe to define profiles when a user logs in. Search at microsoft.com in the Office XP area for 'automatic profile' and 'newprof'. There is a lot of information about this there!
