I have a Windows 2000 Server. I access to it remotely via pcAnywhere. My company is not longer paying pcAnywhere, so I just installed Terminal Server.

But any time a Client tries to connect to the server my server freezes with a blue screen (no message). I have two other Server and they are ok.

What could it be?

Go to add/remove. Get rid of TS. Restart.

Install SP4. Then windowsupdate. Then add/remove and add TS. Then restart.

See if that cures it.
