Terminal Server Problem with Accpac

Hi,

I'm running Accpac Enterprise 5.0 on Terminal Server and when I try to print some reports an error comes up that says "Control not properly installed". I also have a local workstation which works fine. I am wondering what TS security profile that change this? If anyone can help, pls let me know. Thanks

Please ensure that you grant full access to user who access this folder. (the error is mean like that)
