Terminal Server Playing Up

Hi.

Strange one this.

All users on the exchange server keep getting a .cki file in there profile, startup.

So when they log on to the terminal server, it tries to load excel with a spreadsheet called start.xls, which it cant find...

If I remove the file from the users profile, it just come back each time they log on..

I know the info above is a bit sketchy (sorry about that), but if you need to know any more just ask me.

Any help would be appreciated.
