Terminal server: No sufficient rights to verify a Backup?

On NT-Terminal server 4.0 we get :

Error 3951/3961
3951 The directory cannot be found. (DIR=directory)
3961 The file cannot be found. (FILE=file)
when we want to verify our backup

These errors doesn't show when the job engine is started with the account of the owner of this files, so it's a matter of user-rights. How can we verify all the files of all users??

is it possible that the files are no longer where they where during the backup. Terminal servers hold most of the users files and directories don't it? Have you got any users working during backup time?
