Terminal Server licensing hotfix 1

I'm confused- do I still need this hotfix if we are running Windows2000 SP3 and Citrix XP Metaframe FR2?

Presumably the hotfix is requried to be installed the licensing servers and not the Citrix boxes?

Hi, I try to remove the confusion.

- Metaframe, to work, needs Terminal Server.

- Terminal server, to avoid problems (consume 2 license
for just 1 client, dont reconnect a client already
authenticate, ...) needs hotfix Q287687
also called (Pre SP3 hotfix...)

- Service Pack 3 has it already inside it, and then if you
try to install it, the system refuse it.

- Take care with the order of installation of SP3
and MFXPFR2: if you can, install SP3 after FR2. If
this is not possible (CD with SP3 embedded) follow
istruction on Citrix site

- Install the hot-fix (or SP3) on all Metaframe Server
and on the machine that has the TS License Server.
(Domain Controller in Active directory Domain, or Member server in NT4 Domain, however, a W2K Server) .
