Some of my users are getting the message "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile" Is this something that anyone has encountered before. If so I would be grateful for any help. Many thanks..

Actually I ran into this issue yesterday. There are many reasons why it happens (failed GP update, use of roaming profiles for accts who's passwords have expired, among others). In my case a simple reboot was required. Look for Event IDs 1505, 1508 in the Application Log. Hope this helps.
