Terminal Server connect local drives

Hi, I'm trying to use GPO to make local drives available for 1 group of laptops based on security group. I can make it work for everyone or noone with group policy.

The problem is I have the TS in its own OU so Computer poilcy applies to the TS but I cant apply it based on what Laptop is connecting to it - eg Remote Laptop security group.

How can I get some laptops based on security group to have their local C drives available but stop everyone else.

PS cant map a drive to \\%clientname%\C$ because they are not local admins.
