Terminal Server Client Error

We are having trouble getting GW 8.0 sp 1 and hp 2 to work on our terminal servers. If you have full administrative rights the client works fine, but if you are a limited user (which most are) you get a gwdta1us.dll error. The servers are running MS Server 2003. Google did not have have much on this error. GW 7.03 seems to run fine, but we are trying to migrate everyone to GW 8.0. Any help would be appreciated.

You installed it in "terminal services install mode" correct???

Yes, that is the way it was installed.
