do you have the possibilty to make a dos boot disk. Otherwise, you can make a simple dos boot disk with cdrom support. Boot from the disk, access your cdrom and start the installation!

If you don't have the opportunity, can you specify more in details the problems that you have with your current boot disk?

greetings

Hi Wouter,

thanks for the help,
i manage to find a new way, by putting in a Plextor 40X UW on the 2nd channel of the SCSI system and boot off it
