I need to add the licence as my 90 days are almost up.

You're going to use the Terminal Services Licensing program. You'll find a shortcut under the start menu. If you have any issues, call the Microsoft Clearinghouse at 888-571-2048. The first time through, I had an issue, they helped me fairly quickly.

You need to install the Terminal Services License Server on a DC, then use that to add your licenses that you've purchased. If you go to your Administrative Tools and don't see the Termianl Services Licensing, you simply add it at the Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and go to the Add/Remove Windows Components and choose the Terminal Services Licensing.
