Terminal Server 4.0 Rebooting itself

I'm having this interesting problem with my NT TS 4.0 it's rebooting all by itself....
i now it sounds silly, and because of that its becoming frustrating, there's noting on the event viewer other than it had a shutdown that was unexpected...

can anyone please help me..
