Terminal Not On Network

Replaced a terminal updated the ip address everything works fine. All of a sudden i cannot locate the terminal on the network through the boh even though everything is working fine and communicating with the other 2 terminals and boh. also doesnt show up on the network on the other 2 terminals.On the terminal that is not showing up under the network places everything shows up normal. PLease help

Make sure the lana number for the network card used on the terminal is set to zero.

Make sure the terminal is on the same workgroup as the rest of the POS.

Also, if it the terminal is XP, disable the windows firewall if it is activated.

If you can provide the debout from the terminal would help. What Os is the terminal and what OS is the backoffice PC?
