Greetings,

I have an app that sends message to specific users.Since most users are citrix base,i need to use the terminal msg command instead of net send to reach these users.

Now this exec don't run on the citrix server but on a historian server build on windows 2000 server. The problem i have is that the msg command works well from my pc with xp pro. and this other guy pc with win2000 professional, the only periquisite is to have a link open with the citrix server a.k.a run:\\citrix once every time you boot and that is enough.

But i have not been able to use that from the historian server. It always tells me that the user doesn 't exist or is not hooked up.Anyone knows anything about this particular bug?

Oh and the servers are on the same active directory domain, but not the pcs...maybe that could explain in part,or not.

Thank you!
